Pretty good selection of items, plenty of meat at the station when we went in. They have different noodles, lots of types of fish cakes, tripe quail eggs tofu skin and other interesting proteins, napa cabbage, bok choy, other veggies... also had the sauce bar of course. The broth is salty though so we didn't even end up using the sauce, we got the bone broths so maybe the others aren't as salty.

Love the quality, the options, the price and how spacious this place is. Service is pleasant and the sauce bar is free too. The rice is $1.99. The spicy dry pot and the beef bone broth are both delicious and flavorful. 10/10

This place has tons of items to choose from to fill your soup with. Beware of "eating with your eyes" as your bowl can quickly fill up with more than you can eat. They charge $14.99 per pound. The bowls are pretty big so it can also easily be shared with two people if you both like to eat similar things. Beef bone broth- 4/5: This broth was good and creamy. It has the taste of numbing peppers in there. Got medium spice and it was a good kick of spice. Tomato broth- 2.5/5: I love tomato broth, but something about this one was too tomato like for me. Mixed some of the beef broth and it was better.
